I’m a Learning & Development professional with over eight years of experience dedicated to the intersection of art, technology, and human-centered design. My mission is to move beyond "corporate box-ticking" by designing training that respects the way people naturally consume information today—through fast-paced, intuitive, and visually compelling media.

I specialize in transforming dense, text-heavy procedures into streamlined digital experiences. Whether I’m producing story-driven videos in Vyond, editing custom content in DaVinci Resolve, or building complex modules in Articulate 360, my goal is to make learning personally meaningful and intellectually accessible. Having partnered with diverse teams ranging from Engineering and IT to Warehouse Operations, I pride myself on my ability to step into the learner's shoes and find the "connectedness" between organizational goals and the human experience.

When I’m not designing, you can usually find me training for my next marathon, in the dance studio, or exploring Austin with my Siberian Husky.
